Men’s Retreat with Chase Reeves, Adam Baker & Chef Aran Goldstein
You’re going to leave this weekned with less static in your system. Not because life changed — but because your relationship to it did.
We’re going to talk about capacity. We’re already carrying so much. None of our people win when overwhelm becomes our norm.
We’re going to talk about clarity. If you wonder why you’re in the same place you were this time last year, clarify. Clarity needs a witness.
We’re going to talk about containment. Containment means learning how to hold your center while all around you is calamity and criticism. Helps in a midnight skirmish with your partner.
You walk out with more awareness, more possibility, and new language for what’s actually going on.
Probably shouldn’t use the word “strokes” in a men’s retreat setting. Noted. We’re all learning here.
This isn’t weekend-warrior intensity:
It’s not pretend.
It’s not performance.
It’s not some big promise of a “new you” by Sunday.
It’s a place to get real presence — from yourself and from other men — so you can face your life with more courage, capability and enjoyment.
If that makes you slightly uncomfortable… me too.
Chase Reeves: After more than two decades in the trenches of fatherhood, divorce, rebuilding, men’s work, creative identity, and guiding men into deeper presence, I’m bringing the few most important things I’ve learned to this weekend to facilitate the conversation. I help with emotional resilience, intimacy, and inner capacity.
Adam Baker: For the past five years, Adam Baker has immersed himself in advanced training with John Wineland, learning how to support men in their relationships, their purpose, and their emotional lives. As a devoted father of three daughters and a thriving business leader, he understands the pressures men carry. Adam shows up with a rare ability to hold both tenderness and shadow without flinching.
Chef Aran Goldstein: Aran Goldstein brings more than culinary skill — he brings a deep passion for real nourishment and a conviction that food can transform our lives. With training from the New England Culinary Institute and experience in fine-dining kitchens from Italy to boutique hotels, he’s built a career around teaching people how to feed their bodies and their souls. At our retreat, he’ll serve food that feels like home, grounded in care, energy, and raw realness.
