Sturdy and durable with an accordion style gusset opening. Front stash pocket with key ring, hidden back pocket, tons of org in the main compartment with a lovely magnet flap. All that finalized with a clickly magnetic fidlock clip. Grey interior is a classy touch.
The Venture Sling 2.5L is one of my fav sized slings. Excellent external material with durability and texture. Killer organization with Bellroy’s signature elevated interiors. Magnetic strap clip is an excellent finishing touch.
An amazing balance of rugged and sleek. Solid structure in the external bag which holds the capacity wonderfully. The 9L and 12L slings especially killer for the larger EDC loads. Excellent Black Ember details all over. Slick custom quick release on the strap.
Peak Design makes their new Outdoor Slings and the classic Everyday Slings. The outdoor slings are SUPER lightweight. Terrashell ripstop nylon, soft internal org, perfect magnetic back pocket, luscious details like the custom hardware. The 7L adds an extra front pocket and accessory straps. The Everyday Slings are classic for good reason; padded, spacious, lovely.
Alpaka make great slings at great prices and the Go Sling Mini V2 is a classic, sweetly organized, really well constructed sling. Super durable Axoflux exterior, gorgeous ripstop poly interior. Front and back zips, spacious main compartment with tablet sleeve. Also checkout their Flow Satchel and Metro Sling.
Perfect little uber durable sling/waist bag with excellent style. Perfect capacity for me. Waterproof shell, top pocket, minimal internal org, stowable accessory straps. Available with a minimal camera insert. Attaches to their Arris travel backpack.
Two sizes of this one and then the bigger Loculus sling is rad as well. Beefy, perfect materials for structure and shape, handmade in the USA. Two external zipped compartments plus a spacious main capacity. Accessory clips, molle attachments, Cobra strap buckle. Excellent bags from a Colorado company.
Brand new slings from Re:Form Carry, available in two sizes and these things are sleeeeeek. The little one has a magnetic closure and just the right amount of space to get everything out of your pant pockets. The bigger one has a perfect magnet pocket on the back and wide space. Very low profile and super durable materials. Sleek AF.
One of the most interesting companies of the past few years. Fara makes incredibly designed, sleek tech EDC. This slings are very low profile but somehow open up for ample capacity. Magnet flap, TONS of org, cozy strap with quick release. Incredible design and build on these.
Low profile and soft but with a surprising amount of space. Just enough org on the main compartment, hidden back zippered pocket has some more org. If you want even more compartments check out their travel sling which upgrades the interior quite a bit. These are surprisingly classy in their simplicity.
Intense and feature rich for a sling this size. The only one in this list that expands and contracts for extra capacity. Very interesting and technical looks. Pockets literally everywhere (like the strap wings, hidden pocket on the back panel) and accessory straps for external carry and compression. Very well designed and constructed and sling. Also, their Evo Sling Pack is rad for bigger loads.
An insanely comfortable back panel and strap on a spacious 15L ultralight sling with water bottle pockets and external accessory/compression straps. Front mesh pocket, back tablet compartment, and TONS of space in the main compartment. They also have a 4L sling and a 2L waist pack all designed for active activities.
Moment Everyday Sling + Balance 7L – Subtle little organization with a nice bright interior and plenty of capacity.
Arterra Sling — Perfect little size. A zipper up front for your little stuff like your key fob and AirPods.
Wandrd D1 Fanny — Just a like a rubber box that you wear as a hip pack or a sling
Trakke Banana Crossbody Sling — One of my faves to use personally as a sling because of the elegant waxed canvas.
Hyperlite Versa – Super simple, built from lightweight Ultra material.
Vanquest Dendrite — Another one of my personal fav’s. A little bigger (though they have a small size as well).
Modern Dayfarer Sling 2L – Clean and minimal. Nicely designed.
