Shimoda Urban Explorer (20L, 25L, 30L) Review
"Clean & Stylish"
Shimoda’s answer to the everyday urban camera bag. Fast dual side access. Excellent rear-panel camera access. Super clean aesthetic, like, very classy. One of the best options for that unique but classy style with pro customizable organization.

What I like
- Clean, unique design built really well for creators. Not the bag you'll see all over the place
- Top zipper throw into a big tech shelf. Sometimes I put my camera right in the top
- Side door into the integrated camera cube
- Book-style opening with a laptop compartment, plus a second laptop spot so the laptop and charger stay together
- Less floppy than their Action X bags, with fewer straps hanging around
- Breathable back panel, soft supple straps, optional hip strap, luggage pass-through and a hidden passport pocket
Watch for
- The exterior is harsher and drier than the Action X. I like it in the city
- Side door access is on one side only
