The Carry+ backpack from System G is a hard-shell/soft-shell bag with tons of organization and a really solid build quality throughout.
- hard exterior keeps things protected from bumps, scrapes
- rigid and padded back panel makes for comfortable carry
- lots of organization with some better-than-it-needs-to-be materials inside
- solid build quality throughout
A very sleek “mission impossible” kind of look. Perhaps too much so for my own personal missions.
But it’s actually made really well. You notice the quality in use.
The materials inside are actually quite nice. Don’t know how they did that for this affordable price.
Probably too much organization for my own good, but you org-heads will love it.
Clamshell opening means you can open the lid all the way to get complete visibility on what you’re packing.
Again, great materials inside. Feels great on the hand. Water sealed zips all around. Great build quality.
These side zips are OK for stuff you want to put away for awhile. Not the kind of pocket you want to be getting in and out of frequently.
The water bottle pockets are made from a very nice performing mesh.
Material Choice:Sub-Par Satisfactory Excellent
I was very impressed with how the materials feel to the hand and how they perform.
Build Quality:Sub-Par Satisfactory Excellent
Water Resistance:Sub-Par Satisfactory Excellent
YKK sealed zips, water resistant materials throughout.
External Access:Sub-Par Satisfactory Excellent
All the quick access pockets on the outside of the bag are slightly too small for me to really enjoy using them. Org-heads rejoice, tho.
Internal Organization:Sub-Par Satisfactory Excellent
Tons of pockets and pouches in this bag. Maybe too much?
Capacity:Sub-Par Satisfactory Excellent
Carry Comfort:Sub-Par Satisfactory Excellent
The rigid back panel and all the padding make it carry really nice, actually.
Extra Score:Sub-Par Satisfactory Excellent
Extra score just for how quality it all feels for such an affordable price.
